Returns And Exchanges

See Kai Run would like you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you have purchased full-priced items and for some reason you would like a refund, you can return your shoes within five days of being received by you for a refund, replacement or credit (excluding shipping costs). See the easy steps below.

All returned goods must be unused, unsoiled and unworn. The box must also be included in a saleable condition.  Please take great care when your little ones are trying on our shoes to ensure they do so on a soft, clean surface. We reserve the right to refuse a return that is not returned in a saleable condition and does not meet these requirements. In such cases the item will be returned to you.


The refunded amount (unless for faulty goods) will not include the shipping costs either to you initially or for the cost of returning the goods. If you purchased the shoes during a free shipping offer the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from the refund total.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued items and final sale items, except in the case of manufacturer defect. Shipping charges and gift boxes are not refundable.

See Kai Run strongly advises that you use registered mail for all returns and cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Unless your shoes are faulty or incorrect, See Kai Run will not refund shipping costs on any returned or replaced goods.  In the case of a 'Free Shipping' offer, returns will be made minus the shipping charge unless the total value of purchased goods still exceeds the Free Shipping amount.

Please note: Due to the differences in computer monitors, there may be some variation between the shoe colour viewed on your screen and  the actual colour of the shoe. Unforunately this is beyond our control and we cannot accept claims that the shoe was 'faulty' because the colour on screen didn't exactly match the shoe colour.

Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.  Sale items can be exchanged or credit notes provided.

TO RETURN:

  1. Please call or email us first to let us know and we will confirm your return.  In all cases please use your order number as a reference. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

  2. Return product unused, unworn and unsoiled via registered mail within 14 days of dispatch date (shown on your invoice). Keep an appropriate copy of your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods that don’t reach us.

  3. If at all possible, please include a copy of your invoice with your return.

  4. Once we have received the goods in their original condition, we will then contact you to arrange a refund, credit or gift voucher. The refunded amount (unless for faulty goods) will not include the shipping costs either to you initially or for the cost of returning the goods (this includes refunds on 'Free Shipping' orders).

EXCHANGES:

Should you choose the wrong size we  are happy to exchange . The same requirements as our Returns Policy apply to exchanges so please read our Returns Policy (above) carefully. Please note: all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. To help you slect the correct size you are more than welcome to contact us on: 1300 249 849. We are available 10-4 pm, Monday to Saturday.

When you contact us to let us know your item is coming back, please request your exchange then, including the item requested as well as size. We will do our absolute best to accomodate you.



FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS OR GOODS SENT IN ERROR:

Please check your goods immediately upon receipt.

In the event your goods arrive damaged, are found to be faulty or are not what you ordered please notify us as soon as possible.

We will gladly refund any faulty or damaged goods or provide a replacement pair and See Kai Run will cover all postage costs associated.  Please note that whilst all care is taken in packaging goods for transit, ‘faulty goods’ does not include the box and/ or packaging and is specific to the goods only.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If the shoes you have purchased go on sale within seven days of purchase please contact us as seekairun.com.au offers a one-time price adjustment within 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated for items purchased from seekairun.com.au or our bricks and mortar store at 81 Gamon Street Yarraville VIC 3013. Shipping charges are not eligible for price adjustments. If an eligible item you have purchased in the last 7 days has changed in price on seekairun.com.au please email us at info@seekairun.com.au for assistance. Please note: You must have been a member at time of the purchase for the price adjustment to apply during members’ only specials.
