Please choose carefully as refunds only available on full-priced items purchased online. Sale items can be returned for exchange/ credit only. Final sale items cannot be returned. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of agreed manufacturer's fault or goods sent in error (see below).
PLEASE NOTE: FULL-PRICED shoes purchased in our bricks and mortar store can only be returned for a credit. Sale items purchased in our bricks and mortar store cannot be exchanged.

Returns must be posted back within five days of delivery. Returns sent back outside of this time not accepted. We strongly recommend the use of registered mail/ Parcel Post with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for parcels mailed by customers and lost in transit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items marked as 'final sale' on the product description page OR discounted by 50% or more (including after any promotional discounts have been applied) are final sale items.
All returned shoes must be clean, unworn and in the original box with ALL of the original packaging, including tissue. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this condition.
*Please check your order carefully upon receipt and notify us of any issues within five days of receiving your order. We do not accept claims for minor faults — for example a mark on the leather — after this time.
Refunds are only provided on full-priced shoes. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you purchased the shoes during a free shipping offer the cost of standard shipping ($8.50) will be deducted from the refund/ credit if the return brings your order under the free shipping threshold. Similarly, if you qualified for free shipping (orders over $150) and the value of the returned shoes brings the revised total under $150 the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund/ credit.
Include a copy of your invoice with your return — write the reason for the return on the invoice and whether you want a refund (full-priced shoes only) or credit. Refunds can only be refunded via the original Paypal or credit card transaction.
You will are welcome to return shoes to our shop. However, please note refunds CANNOT be processed in the shop. The returned shoes will be taken to our warehouse for processing, The refund will be finalised within 2-5 days.
If you are returning the shoes for a credit, you are welcome to use the credit to purchase See Kai Run shoes from our store. The credit can ONLY be used on items available on the See Kai Run website. The credit cannot be used to purchase other items in our store, such as toys. If you intend to use the credit on the day you return the shoes the credit will be redeemed at the checkout. If you intend to use the credit at a later day the credit may need to be emailed to you in 2-5 days. [This is due to time constraints and the fact the website administrator may not be available at the time to set up the credit online.]
1. Order the shoe/s you want in exchange. These shoes will be shipped as per our usual shipping terms.
2. Return the shoes you don't want to the address at the top of this page. We will refund* these shoes when they arrive back to us. Include a copy of the original order and write down the order number of the shoes you have purchased in exchanged.
*SALE ITEMS can only be refunded if they are being exchanged for the same shoe in a different size or a pair of shoes of equal or greater value. If the exchange shoe is cheaper than the sale item being returned we will issue a credit in lieu of a refund.
If you wish to exchange shoes purchased online in our bricks and mortar shoes: Please call us first on 1300 249 849 to ensure the shoe/s you want in exchange are available in-store.
IMPORTANT: We can only exchange full-priced shoes in our store, as sale items are not available in-store. We can only issue credit notes for sale shoes (as per terms above) returned to our bricks and mortar store.
Please check your goods immediately upon receipt as no claims are accepted for 'out of the box' issues when more than five days have passed since you received your order.
In the event of a fault please take a photo of the issue and email it to email@example.com along with your order number and date of purchase.
In the event of a manufacturer's fault we will happily provide a replacement pair or credit (or refund if the fault renders the shoes unwearable within 21 days of delivery). We do NOT refund, exchange or provide a credit for normal wear and tear. In the event of a minor fault (the shoe still being wearable) we reserve the right for the shoe to be sent to the manufacturer for technical assessment.
Please note that while all care is taken in packaging goods for transit, ‘faulty goods’ does not include the box and/ or packaging and is specific to the goods only.
We do not refund for normal 'wear and tear' or for damage caused by inappropriate use. We advise against using leather shoes for daycare/ kinder. Leather shoes are also not suitable for scooter-riding if the child tends to use their foot as a brake or drags the toe as they ride. The sneaker and runners ranges are more appropriate for daycare/ kinder and scooter/ bike riding.
Shoes with metallic finishes are designed as a special occasion shoe.
