We are the Australian distributor of See Kai Run children's shoes.
We only ship within Australia. Due to the raising costs of shipping we have suspended delivery to New Zealand while we investigate cost-effective options for our NZ customers. In the meantime, we would urge NZ customers to contact NZ-based stores. Store locations by using the drop-down 'Store Finder' tab on the top navigation bar.

How long until I receive my shoes in the mail?
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed, plus delivery time. During sales please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery due to a high volume of orders. Order processing times may also be extended during school holidays.
We are a family-owned business and run a bricks and mortar store as well as this website. This allows us to provide a more expert, personalised service, such as comprehensive advice regarding sizing, both over the phone (for customers unable to visit our store) and in-store. [One of the owners spent many years working as a podiatrist.] Keeping our staff small ensures only people with a true understanding of the importance of children's foot health provide you with advice and fit your child's shoes in-store. But this extra service does mean it takes us a little longer to process orders.
When will my order be ready when if I elect to pick up in-store?
If you have elected to pick up your order from 81 Gamon Street we will email you when your order is ready. Generally this is within 1-2 business days but processing times may be 5-7 business days during sales. Due to limited storage space in our store online orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and then delivered to our store which is why we need a few days to get your order ready.
How much is postage?
*Shipping rates for Australia, including FREE shipping, apply to orders of up to four (4) pairs. Large orders, including scooters and helmets, require a street address to receive free shipping. Due to the high cost of Australia Post shipping we use a courier service which enables us to continue offering free shipping for larger orders. [The exception is areas where the courier service is not available.]
NOTE: To help reduce our carbon footprint, shipping is not available to addresses in Yarraville, where our store is located. Please select the 'pick up from 8 Gamon Street' option or call us on 1300 249 849 to discuss options.
**Note: If you return shoes purchased during a Free Shipping offer the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (full-priced items only) or credit.
How do you send orders?
Most of our orders are shipped using Fastway and require a signature receipt. You can request Fastway (or Australia Post) leave the parcel. But please note that should Fastway or Australia Post leave your parcel, on your instruction, you will assume all responsibilty for the parcel once it has been dispatched by See Kai Run Australia & New Zealand as 'authority to leave' voids our insurance.
Note that the invoice will be included with the goods, even if you have provided a different billing address, unless you specify otherwise in the comments section or you have selected the gift wrap option and the goods are being sent to a gift recipient.
