Shipping and Delivery

 

Our site primarily focuses on the Australian & New Zealand market and our standard and free shipping rates apply to these countries.  If you are outside of Australia & New Zealand our international shipping rate applies.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and up to 7 business days for delivery if you have selected standard shipping (during busy times such as sales and special promotions please allow at least 5 business days for processing). In most cases delivery will be faster, though contact us if you are at all concerned.  Note that the invoice will be included with the goods, even if you have provided a different billing address, unless you specify otherwise in the comments section or you have selected the gift wrap option and the goods are being sent to a gift recipient.

If your order is urgent, we offer Express Shipping up to 2 working days delivery - please select this option upon checkout, charges are shown below.

Orders up to $150.00 for Australia:$8.50
Orders over $150.00 Australia: FREE**
Express Shipping Australia: $20.00
New Zealand: 1 pair of shoes $25
New Zealand: 2-3 pairs of shoes: $30
New Zealand: 4+ pairs of shoes: $35

International Orders: $35.00 Flat Rate***
 
 *Shipping rates for Australia, including FREE shipping, apply to orders of up to four (4) pairs.
International Flat Rate Shipping applies to orders of up to two (2) pairs. Orders in excess of this amount we may need to contact you and charge an extra amount to cover increased postage costs.  Please contact us on info@seekairun.com.au for more information.
 
 **Note Free Shipping offers will attract the shipping charge if the goods are returned, or goods are returned which take the value of the order below the Free Shipping amount.  Our complimentary, one free exchange service does not apply to Free Shipping Promotions, Sale Stock or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
 
***International Shipping - if you are located in North America, Thailand, Singapore or Europe, please visit our websites www.seekairun.com and www.seekairun.eu  where we have locally dedicated websites.  It is likely we will not fulfil orders to these countries.
 
Most of our orders are shipped using Fastway couriers or Australia Post and require a signature receipt.  You can request Fastway or  Australia Post  leave the parcel.  But please note that should Fastway or Australia Post leave your parcel, on your instruction, you will assume all responsibilty for the parcel once it has been dispatched by See Kai Run Australia & New Zealand as 'authority to leave' voids our insurance.
